With the new school year upon us, football and volleyball practices will begin soon. It is important for parents to take the necessary steps to prepare their students and one of these priorities is their sports physical. It is a UIL requirement that each student have a sports physical prior to attending practices or participating in scheduled events. Please take this into consideration and make the necessary arrangements to complete this process. Below is a link to the form needed for the physical. Thank you and good luck to all the students.
