Stuffed Peppers


Always read recipe carefully and follow proper cleaning procedures!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 package bacon
  • toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut jalapenos in halves and devein.
  2. Fill with cream cheese.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around the jalapeno.
  4. Place a toothpick in the middle to hold together.

REMEMBER FOUR IMPORTANT THINGS BEFORE YOU TRY OUT RECIPES

  1. WASH your hands before cooking.
  2. Always ASK for help when needed.
  3. CLEAN UP as needed.
  4. ALWAYS PREP ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS FIRST BEFORE STARTING YOUR RECIPE.

Makes 20 servings

Want to get creative, try stuffed shrimp peppers or add extra spice and pepperjack cheese.  If placing on a barbecue pit, soak peppers for ten minutes in water before assembling.
